The AskMyGP service is open Monday to Friday from 7.00am and will close when reached full capacity.
For Non-urgent medical issues we aim to make contact within 5 working days. If your request is urgent and this service has been closed, please telephone reception. For medical assistance overnight, at the weekend and on Bank Holidays, please contact NHS 111. Alternatively please ring the GP Alliance on 01942 482848 – Opening times are 9.30am – 7.15pm weekdays & 9.30am – 3.15pm Sat & Sun.
Please note that all the requests received by Askmygp are triaged and allocated by a Clinician daily. Only urgent medical issues will be dealt with on the same day. Priority will be given to babies/young children, elderly / housebound, end of life and terminally ill patients.
