Due to the rapidly changing guidance we are receiving from NHS England and Public Health we are making a few amendments to the way we work. We are doing this to protect both staff and patients.
The first change we are implementing is that from Monday 30th March 2020 we will be temporarily closing Sevenbrooks Medical Centre to all Patients. If you require a face to face appointment after having a telephone consultation you will be seen at the Ormerod House Location. You can still contact the surgery via telephone as usual.
Prescriptions
You can still post prescriptions through the letter box at Sevenbrooks Medical Centre location and these will be sent to your nominated chemist if you do not have a nominated chemist we will can send these electronically through to a Pharmacy of your choice or we will temporarily nominate Lloyds Pharmacy. If you wish to order a prescription patients can use the online service, you can send it to the surgery email gp-p92042@nhs.net or as a temporary measure this can be requested over the telephone. As you can understand the phone lines are currently very busy and we are answering call as quickly as we can.
